Shivsamarth Institute of Management, Talmavale organized a Poster Presentation on “Women’s Development and Empowerment” on 11 October 2025 on the occasion of the International Day of the Girl Child. Students from MBA, BBA, BCA, and MCA departments actively participated and presented creative posters highlighting women’s empowerment, gender equality, leadership, education, safety, and equal opportunities in society and organizations. The activity aimed to create awareness about inclusive growth, ethical leadership, and the importance of empowering women in professional and social life.
